Smart Steps Pre-School
Smart Steps at Giffard Park Primary School is a Pre-School for 3 and 4 year olds, which opened on 4th September 2017. Run by Giffard Park Primary School, the Pre-School Leader works in partnership with the school's Foundation Stage Leader to provide an exciting, stimulating indoor and outdoor environment for children to thrive and develop.
Our staff are caring, friendly and highly experienced in working with Early Years children in a range of settings. Smart Steps will be managed with the same policies and procedures as Giffard Park Primary School, including Safeguarding, First Aid, SEND and Behaviour Management.
The curriculum will be developed using the Early Years Framework to ensure that children have a diverse range of fun, enriching experiences and are ready to move up to Primary School.
Smart Steps is a Governor led community provision.
