Holdenby House Trip

23rd February 2016
On Tuesday 23rd February our Years 5 and 6 visited Holdenby House in Northamptonshire to learn about the Tudors. During the day the children had a chance to take part in various activities such as Calligraphy, preparing food in the kitchen, Archery, Piking and even some Tudor Dancing. They found out all about how the Tudors lived and learnt some very intersting facts. Many of the children and staff members dressed up for the day which helped them to really get involved in the different role-play activities. A fun, educational day was had by all.
